A LINHA DE PESQUISA DIREITO E LITERATURA: EVOLUÇÃO TEÓRICA DOS ESTUDOS
Este ensaio, fruto de oficinas desenvolvidas no 1º Congresso Jurídico “Direito e Humanos” do UniCathedral – Centro Universitário, tem como objetivo mostrar a importância da linha de Pesquisa Direito e Literatura, dando visibilidade aos Trabalhos de Conclusão de Curso apresentados no ano de 2019. A interdisciplinaridade entre Direito e a Literatura amplia o universo jurídico ao acadêmico do curso de Direito, permitindo-lhe exercitar a ciência da interpretação (hermenêutica) e capacitando-lhe, como futuro jurista, a enxergar e combater abusos de direitos nas mais diversas situações cotidianas. Diante do tema, foi trabalhado a evolução teórica e as correntes da linha de pesquisa Direito e Literatura; posteriormente, na parte do Direito, foi dado enforque à violência doméstica e familiar contra a mulher, bem como à atuação estatal frente a problemática; e, finalizando, com breve relato dos trabalhos apresentados no Congresso, mostrando a Literatura como canal denunciador do Direito. Concluiu-se que a Literatura é um canal eficiente e eficaz na denunciação à violação de direitos, e que a interdisciplinaridade entre Direito e Literatura forma operadores do Direito mais humanos e competentes.

Abstract:
This essay, the result of workshops developed in the First Juridical Congress “Direito e Humanos” at UniCathedral – University Center, aims to show the importance of the Law and Literature line of work, giving visibility to the undergraduate thesis presented in 2019. The interdisciplinarity between Law and Literature expands the legal field to the academic of the Law, allowing him to exercise the science of interpretation (Hermeneutics) making them capable as future jurist, to see and combat legal abuses in the most diverse situations. In view of the theme the theoretical evolution and currents of the Law and Literature research line were worked on; subsequently, in the Law area, domestic and family abuse against women, as well as state action in the problem; and, later, ending with a brief account of the works presented at the Congress, showing Literature as a channel that denounces the Law. It was concluded that Literature is efficient and effective to denounce copyright violations, and that the interdisciplinarity between Law and Literature forms more humane jurists and rights.
