A JUVENTUDE CRIMINOSA: UMA PERSPECTIVA MIDIÁTICA
A violação dos direitos do público infanto-juvenil tem sido recorrente na realidade social brasileira e intensificados pelos meios de comunicação. Este trabalho tem por objetivo discutir o envolvimento de adolescentes na prática infracional, na perspectiva midiática. A metodologia adotada é qualiquantitativa, tendo por base o levantamento de dados dos Boletins de Ocorrência registrados na Delegacia do Adolescente de Londrina (2013) e a pesquisa elaborada pela Agência de Notícias dos Direitos da Infância - ANDI (2012), que trata sobre a cobertura midiática de atos infracionais. O estudo evidencia o modo pelo qual os meios de comunicação vêm tratando a informação quanto ao ato infracional. O adolescente, a priori é responsabilizado pelos crimes e violências praticadas na sociedade como um todo, tanto pelo Estado quanto pela mídia que corrobora, criminalizando a pobreza e ocultando a face violentadora do Estado.

Abstract:
The violation of the rights of children and adolescents has been recurrent in the Brazilian social reality and intensified by the media. This work aims to discuss the involvement of adolescents in infraction acts, from a media perspective. The methodology adopted was qualitative and quantitative, based on the collection of data from the Police Reports registered at the Londrina Adolescent Police Station (2013) and from the research developed by the News Agency for Children's Rights (2012), which deals with the mediatic coverage of infraction acts. The study highlights the way in which the media have treated information about the infraction acts. The teenager, a priori, is held responsible for the crimes and violence practiced in society as a whole, both by the State and by the media, that corroborates it, criminalizing poverty and hiding the violent face of the State.
