A Judicialização e a efetividade da atenção integral da saúde: contribuições do Serviço Social
A Justiça tem sido cada vez mais acionada para efetivar o direito à saúde, realidade essa que representa um impacto significativo na política de saúde. Para realização desta pesquisa será utilizado revisão de literatura, pesquisa de campo e entrevista semi- estruturada. Os objetivos específicos são: identificar e mapear as demandas judiciais das pessoas com doença onco-hematológicas e descrever o perfil sócio demográfico deste público; analisar as decisões judiciais no atendimento às demandas em saúde. A relevância do trabalho se evidencia por buscar vislumbrar como a questão do direito à vida e efetivação do direito à saúde

Abstract:
The courts have been increasingly triggered to implement the right to health, a reality that represents a considerable impact in the health policy. For the perfomance of this research will be used a literature review, field research and semi-structured interview. The specific objectives are: to identify and to map the legal demands of the people with onco-hematologic diseases and describe the socio-demographic profile of this crowd; to analyze the legal decisions in the attendance of the health demands.
