A JUDICIALIZAÇÃO DE REGISTROS TARDIOS DE NASCIMENTO NA COMARCA DE CORUMBÁ/MS
O artigo trata dos pedidos judiciais e extrajudiciais de registros tardios de nascimento na Comarca de Corumbá/MS que, embora delimitados ao recorte temporal de 10/10/2008 a 19/12/2017, versam sobre fenômeno recorrente nesta fronteira Brasil-Bolívia. Justifica-se pela proposição de atendimento a tema relevante nos planos social, científico e jurídico a nível regional, nacional e internacional ao considerar-se a importância do nome em caracterizar o indivíduo na família e em meio à sociedade em que inserido e, também, como direito da personalidade. Procura-se analisar, os motivos preponderantes para a judicialização de pedidos de registro de nascimento após o prazo legal na Comarca.

Abstract:
The article deals with the judicial and extrajudicial requests for late birth records in the Corumbá/MS Judicial District, which, although limited to the time cut from 10/10/2008 to 12/19/2017, deal with a recurring phenomenon in this Brazil-Bolivia border. It is justified by the proposition to attend to a relevant topic at the social, scientific and legal plans at the regional, national and international levels, when considering the importance of the name in characterizing the individual in the family and in the midst of the society in which he is inserted, and also as a personality right. We seek to analyze the main reasons for the judicialization of birth records requests after the legal term in the judicial district.
