A INTERVENÇÃO DO PSICÓLOGO ESCOLAR NA PREVENÇÃO DO BULLYING
Atualmente vem-se ampliando as pesquisas sobre o fenômeno Bullying e sua ocorrência no contexto escolar. O bullying se caracteriza, principalmente, por ações agressivas, vexatórias, com violência implícita ou explícita, de forma repetitiva envolvendo três personagens: o agressor, o expectador e a vítima, sendo que esta conduta pode ocorrer de um indivíduo para outro, de um indivíduo para o grupo ou de um grupo para um indivíduo. Tem-se que no contexto escolar, pelo maior tempo de convivência entre seus participantes, este fenômeno ocorre com mais frequência. Objetiva-se discorrer sobre o papel do psicólogo escolar na prevenção de comportamentos que podem levar ao bullying. Utilizou-se o método de revisão bibliográfica em artigos científicos e livros que abordam a temática, tendo como indicadores bullying e psicologia escolar. Os resultados apontam que ações do bullying provocam na vítima consequências emocionais que afetam sua auto-estima e seu desempenho escolar. Apontam, ainda, que a intervenção do psicólogo escolar deve-se dar de forma grupal, trabalhando o resgate de valores como respeito, solidariedade, justiça e convivência com a diversidade, sendo um trabalho processual que intervenha de maneira preventiva.

Abstract:
Currently, research on the bullying phenomenon and its occurrence in the school context has been expanded. Bullying is characterized mainly by aggressive, vexatious actions, with implicit or explicit violence, in a repetitive way involving three characters: the aggressor, the spectator and the victim, and this conduct can occur from one individual to another, from an individual to the group or from a group to an individual. It has been found that in the school context, due to the longer time of coexistence among its participants, this phenomenon occurs more frequently. The objective is to discuss the role of the school psychologist in the prevention of behaviors that can lead to bullying. The bibliographic review method was used in scientific articles and books that address the theme, with bullying and school psychology as indicators. The results indicate that actions of bullying cause emotional consequences on the victim that affect their self-esteem and school performance. They also point out that the intervention of the school psychologist should be held in a group way, working to rescue values such as respect, solidarity, justice and coexistence with diversity, being a procedural work that intervenes in a preventive way.
