Abstract: Neuroscience applied to the corporate environment is a contemporary need in which the figure of the Chief Neuroscience Officer (CNO) enters as an innovative need. This article explores the role of the CNO as a bridge between neuroscience and organizational strategy, with a focus on leadership, organizational culture and marketing. Based on a theoretical and practical analysis, it investigates how understanding neuropsychological processes can optimize corporate performance and employee well-being, integrating the latest scientific findings on behavior and decision-making.
