A INTERFACE ENTRE JUSTIÇA CRIMINAL E DEPENDÊNCIA QUÍMICA: PROJETO JUSTIÇA TERAPÊUTICA EM PORTO VELHO / RO
O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar a interface da justiça criminal e a dependência química através do Projeto Justiça Terapêutica em Porto Velho/RO que se refere a medidas alternativas para pessoas que cometeram atos delitivos em decorrência do uso abusivo de álcool e outras drogas, sendo este um dos condicionantes para a inserção da criminalidade.

Abstract:
Abstract: The objective of this study was to analyze the interface between criminal justice and chemical dependency through the Therapeutic Justice Project in Porto Velho / RO, which refers to alternative measures for people who have committed delinquent acts as a result of abusive use of alcohol and other drugs. this is one of the conditions for the insertion of criminality. In the results, the hypothesis was denied.
