A Interface entre a Prática Reflexiva do Serviço Social e a Dimensão Política da Profissão
Este artigo se reporta à interface entre a prática reflexiva e a dimensão política do Serviço Social. O seu objetivo geral é analisar a ligação entre a prática reflexiva e a dimensão política do Serviço Social, com o intuito de perceber se existe uma relação consistente entre essas duas categorias teóricas essenciais ao Serviço Social. Já os objetivos específicos são: 1. Verificar a relevância do paradigma transformativo nesta interface: prática reflexiva e dimensão política do Serviço Social; 2. Apresentar um pouco da experiência da observação em sala de aula da Licenciatura em Serviço Social do Iscte em relação a esta conexão. A metodologia adotada baseia-se em revisão teórica de literatura, como também em observação em sala de aula. O recorte teórico fundamenta-se na concepção de Serviço Social como uma profissão dos direitos humanos e da justiça social. Nas considerações finais, este artigo trará como proposta que a interface entre prática reflexiva e dimensão política do Serviço Social deve ser fortalecida e que o paradigma transformativo é o mais apropriado para assegurar essa correlação. Considera-se que este seja um trabalho cientificamente relevante, pois procurará demonstrar, inclusive empiricamente, que a interação entre prática reflexiva e dimensão política da profissão poderá ser um instrumento de fortalecimento do Serviço Social na contemporaneidade.

Abstract:
This article deals with the interface between reflective practice and the political dimension of Social Work. Its general objective is to analyze the connection between reflective practice and the political dimension of Social Work, with the aim of understanding whether there is a consistent relationship between these two essential theoretical categories of Social Work. The specific objectives are: 1. To verify the relevance of the transformative paradigm in this interface: reflective practice and political dimension of Social Work; 2. Present a little of the observation experience in the classroom of the Degree in Social Work at Iscte in relation to this connection. The methodology adopted is based on a theoretical review of the literature, as well as observation in the classroom. The theoretical outline is based on the conception of Social Work as a profession of human rights and social justice. In the final considerations, this article proposes that the interface between reflective practice and the political dimension of Social Work must be strengthened and that the transformative paradigm is the most appropriate to ensure this correlation. It is considered that this is a scientifically relevant work, as it will seek to demonstrate, even empirically, that the interaction between reflective practice and the political dimension of the profession can be an instrument for strengthening Social Work in contemporary times.
