A INTERCONSULTA NA ESTRATÉGIA SAÚDE DA FAMILIA (ESF) COMO FERRAMENTA PARA A PROMOÇÃO DA INTEGRALIDADE
“A interconsulta constitui uma
tecnologia leve, facilitadora e potencializadora
para a integralidade do trabalho nos serviços
de saúde. ” (FARIAS, 2015, p.2077). Segundo
Bortagarai (2015) a interconulta representa
um espaço para promoção de relação mútua
entre os saberes específicos, necessários para
o tratamento de cada usuário, favorecendo
o conhecimento do fazer em saúde do outro
a medida em que compartilha também seu
núcleo de saber, objetivando a efetividade e
acessibilidade das ações em saúde no território,
assim como ciência dos agravos a saúde da
população adscrita. Este estudo tem como
objetivo relatar a experiência de uma equipe de
residentes multiprofissionais em saúde da família
durante as interconsultas realizadas em um
Centro de Saúde da Família (CSF) no município
de Sobral, Ceará. Trata-se de um relato de
experiência sobre as interconsultas realizadas
pela equipe de residentes multiprofissionais em
saúde da família (RMSF) no CSF Coelce, Ceará.
Através das interconsultas é possível identificar
as demandas do território, as principais
necessidades de saúde da população e os
agravos à saúde prevalente na comunidade,
viabilizando a realização de intervenções e
estratégias, compartilhamento de núcleo de
saber da categoria com o outro profissional e
com o usuário, buscando dessa forma promover
a resolutividade, a integralidade do cuidado
e acessibilidade as ações de saúde no SUS.
Com isso considera-se que as interconsultas
fornecem elementos essenciais para a
abordagem integral e resolutiva, sendo possível
utilizar o princípio da equidade, selecionando os
pacientes complexos e casos prioritários para o
atendimento individual, favorecendo a integralidade e beneficiando a população.

Abstract:
“Interconsultation is a light technology, facilitating and empowering the
integrality of work in health services. “(FARIAS, 2015, p.2077). According to Bortagarai
(2015), intercon- ference represents a space for the promotion of a mutual relationship
between the specific knowledges necessary for the treatment of each user, favoring
the knowledge of the health in the other, as well as sharing their core of knowledge,
aiming at effectiveness and accessibility of health actions in the territory, as well as
the health of the afflicted population. This study aims to report the experience of a
team of multiprofessional residents in family health during the consultations held at a
Family Health Center (CSF) in the municipality of Sobral, Ceará. This is an experience
report about the consultations carried out by the team of multiprofessional residents in
family health (RMSF) at CSF Coelce, Ceará. Through the consultations it is possible
to identify the demands of the territory, the main health needs of the population and
the health problems prevalent in the community, making interventions and strategies
feasible, sharing the knowledge base of the category with the other professional and
with the user , thus seeking to promote the resolution, integral care and accessibility
of health actions in SUS. Thus, it is considered that the inter-consultations provide
essential elements for the integral and resolutive approach, being possible to use the
principle of equity, selecting complex patients and priority cases for individual care,
favoring integrality and benefiting the population.
