A INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL COMO AUXILIAR DA EXECUÇÃO DA AUDITORIA E MONITORAMENTO NO PROGRAMA DE COMPLIANCE
O presente artigo busca compreender em que medida a Inteligência Artificial pode auxiliar os auditores na execução do pilar Auditoria e Monitoramento, considerando a complexidade do Programa de Compliance A hipótese inicial da pesquisa leva em consideração que um Programa de Compliance que seja eficiente e completo permeia em vários aspectos da empresa tornando uma tarefa sobre-humana auditar todos esses detalhes, por isso, a Inteligência Artificial, demonstra ser o mecanismo adequado para facilitar essa atividade. O objetivo da pesquisa é justamente compreender os limites do auxílio da Inteligência Artificial, na auditoria e monitoramento da execução do Programa de Compliance. A metodologia que será aplicada será a dedutiva, partindo-se de conceitos e categorias gerais para o tratamento específico do objeto de pesquisa. As técnicas de pesquisa serão compostas pela revisão bibliográfica, nacional e estrangeira, bem como, coleta de dados e documentos que serão submetidos à análise teórica.

Abstract:
This paper seeks to understand to what extent Artificial Intelligence can help auditors in the execution of the Audit and Monitoring pillar, considering the complexity of the Compliance Program. The initial hypothesis of the research takes into consideration that a Compliance Program that is efficient and complete permeates several aspects of the company making it a superhuman task to audit all these details, therefore, Artificial Intelligence proves to be the appropriate mechanism to facilitate this activity. The objective of the research is precisely to understand the limits of the assistance of Artificial Intelligence in auditing and monitoring the execution of the Compliance Program. The methodology that will be applied will be deductive, starting from general concepts and categories for the specific treatment of the object of research. The research techniques will be composed by the bibliographical review, national and foreign, as well as, the collection of data and documents that will be submitted to the theoretical analysis.
