O presente trabalho busca

abordar a inserção das mulheres no Exército

Brasileiro no século XXI, buscando apresentar

formas de contribuição para o enfrentamento

institucionalizado às desigualdades de gênero e

eliminação das diversas formas de discriminação

contra a mulher na esfera militar. Nesse

contexto, objetiva-se através desta pesquisa,

analisar os cargos ocupados por mulheres e

em quais ainda não são aceitas, comparando

os gêneros em relação aos serviços prestados.

Ponderar-se-á também, a importância históricosocial

do país e sua influência cultural até os

dias atuais. Ainda, em um segundo momento,

será abordado com ênfase a atualidade desse

sistema. Para desenvolvimento do trabalho,

empregou-se o método dedutivo de abordagem,

pois parte de um contexto geral para um âmbito

mais específico. Concluindo o estudo, pôde-se

observar o aumento da igualdade com relação

aos cargos e funções ocupados pelas mulheres

e homens nas instituições militares, e que tal

igualdade ainda está em desenvolvimento.

Abstract:
This present work seeks to address the insertion of women in the Brazilian Army in the 21st century, seeking to present ways of contributing to the institutionalized confrontation of gender inequalities and to alter the various forms of discrimination against women in the military sphere. In this context, the objective of this research is to analyze the positions held by women and which ones are not yet accepted, comparing genders in relation to the services provided. We will also consider the historical and social importance of the country and its cultural influence until nowadays. Furthermore, in a second moment, it will be approached with emphasis the actuality of this system. For the development of the work, the deductive approach method was used, since it starts from a general context to a more specific ambit. Concluding the study, we could observe the increasing proportion regarding to the positions and functions occupied by women and men in military institutions, and that this freedom is still under development.
