A INSERÇÃO DO ASSISTENTE SOCIAL NA EDUCAÇÃO: POSSIBILIDADES PARA A EFETIVAÇÃO DE DIREITOS HUMANOS E A AMPLIAÇÃO DA CIDADANIA
Este trabalho versa sobre a importância da inserção dos assistentes sociais nos espaços educacionais como fator contribuinte para a efetivação dos Direitos Humanos e para a possibilidade de uma Educação mais cidadã. Para isso, ressalta a relevância do direito à permanência na escola e do resgate de uma Educação que forme cidadãos críticos em meio a um cenário neoliberal. Promove a discussão sobre o entendimento de Direitos Humanos, cujo direito à Educação, compreendendo seu acesso e condições de permanência, se configura como um direito humano essencial para a efetivação de um aprendizado que vise à cidadania. Dessa forma, através de sua contribuição por meio de atendimentos individuais, formação de grupos e oficinas, trabalho multidisciplinar, trabalho extensivo à família dos educandos, acredita-se que a escola possibilita condições de permanência de alunos, respeitando, assim, seu direito à Educação.

Abstract:
This paper deals with the importance of the inclusion of social workers in educational spaces as a contributing factor to the realization of human rights and to the possibility of a more citizen education. To do so, it highlights the relevance of the right to stay in school and the rescue of an education that forms critical citizens in the midst of a neoliberal scenario. It promotes the discussion about the understanding of human rights, whose right to education, understanding its access and conditions of permanence, is configured as an essential human right for the realization of a learning that targets citizenship.
