A INFLUÊNCIA QUE O CONSELHO DA MULHER EXERCE NO TOCANTE A GARANTIA DE DIREITOS DAS MULHERES NEGRAS VÍTIMAS DE VIOLÊNCIA NO MUNICÍPIO DE SANTO ANTÔNIO DE JESUS – BA
O objetivo do presente trabalho
é realizar uma análise sobre as ações do
conselho da mulher do município de Santo
Antônio de Jesus - BA, no tocante a efetivação
do atendimento e acolhimento das mulheres
negras vítimas de violência, com o intuito de
verificar se as intervenções das conselheiras
estavam sendo eficazes e contribuindo com
a inclusão social das mulheres vítimas de
violência. O trabalho, de cunho descritivo, possui
uma abordagem qualitativa e visa descrever as
impressões das conselheiras acerca da rede
de atendimento às mulheres negras vítimas
de violência doméstica e a influência que o
conselho da mulher do município de Santo
Antônio de Jesus-BA exerce na promulgação
da garantia de direitos das mulheres negras
vítimas de violência. Para isso foi aplicado junto
às conselheiras entrevistas semi-estruturadas
no intuito de verificar as ações realizadas pela
rede de atendimento às mulheres negras vítimas
de violência doméstica, assim como também
foi necessário a realização de uma pesquisa
bibliográfica que auxiliou na construção do
referido trabalho.

Abstract:
The objective of the present work
is to analyze the actions of the women ‘s council
of the municipality of Santo Antônio de Jesus -
BA, in order to ensure the care and reception
of black women victims of violence, in order to
verify if the interventions of the counselors were
being effective and contributing to the social
inclusion of women victims of violence. The
descriptive work has a qualitative approach and
aims to describe the counselors’ impressions
about the network of care for black women
victims of domestic violence and the influence
that the council of the woman of the municipality
of Santo Antônio de Jesus-BA exercises in the
enactment guaranteeing the rights of black
women victims of violence. For this purpose,
semi-structured interviews with the counselors
were applied in order to verify the actions
carried out by the service network for black
women victims of domestic violence, as well
as a bibliographical research that helped in the
construction of this work.
