A INFLUÊNCIA DOS MOVIMENTOS SOCIAIS NA FORMAÇÃO DA VONTADE DO ESTADO BRASILEIRO E NA PROMOÇÃO DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS
Sob o curso da história é incólume
o saber de que o Estado de direito no
Brasil foi marcado e, ainda é cenário de
grandes transformações sociais traçados por
importantes eventos da manifestação popular,
que de alguma forma contribuíram e ajudaram
a construir o Estado democrático de Direito, que
prima pelos direitos humanos. Assim, trabalho
em voga aborda o tema Direitos Humanos e
Movimentos Sociais no Brasil, tendo como
parâmetro indagar acerca da influência dos
movimentos sociais na formação da vontade do
Estado brasileiro e na consequente promoção
dos direitos humanos. A partir da construção de
um estudo baseado no método de abordagem
dedutivo, tem-se como premissa maior a
análise da participação popular e suas formas
de manifestações, para compreender sua
influência na vontade do Estado e o alcance
destas para a construção dos direitos humanos,
em solo brasileiro. Nesse trilhar, a pesquisa
realizada pretende demonstrar quais foram os
históricos movimentos sociais brasileiros, sobre
o prisma da participação cidadã, que deram
espaço a reivindicações, bem como à busca de
direitos que influenciaram na consolidação e na
realização da democracia dentro do território
nacional. Isso posto, corrobora a tese de que a
participação popular social dá rumos à formação
da vontade do Estado no sentido de construção
e da efetivação dos direitos humanos

Abstract:
In the course of history, the knowledge that the democratic rule of law in
Brazil has been marked is still intact, and it is still the scene of great social transformations
traced by important events of the popular demonstration that in some way contributed
and helped to build the State democratic system of law, which emphasizes human rights.
Thus, work in vogue addresses the theme of Human Rights and Social Movements
in Brazil, having as parameter to inquire about the influence of social movements in
the formation of the will of the Brazilian State and in the consequent promotion of
human rights. Based on the construction of a study based on the method of deductive
approach, the analysis of popular participation and its forms of manifestations is a
major premise, in order to understand its influence on the will of the State and its reach
for the construction of human rights, on Brazilian soil. In this way, the research carried
out intends to show which were the historical Brazilian social movements, on the prism
of citizen participation, that gave rise to demands, as well as the search for rights that
influenced the consolidation and the accomplishment of democracy within the national
territory. This, corroborates the thesis that social popular participation leads to the
formation of the will of the State in the sense of building and realizing human rights.
