A INFLUÊNCIA DOS DETERMINANTES SOCIAIS E A SAÚDE REPRODUTIVA DA MULHER
Nos últimos anos, observa-se um avanço considerável na atenção à saúde da mulher, mas ainda existe iniquidades em saúde em relação as mulheres referentes as questões relacionadas aos determinantes sociais e a saúde reprodutiva. O estudo tem objetivo de evidenciar a influência dos determinantes sociais e a saúde reprodutiva da mulher. Tratou-se de revisão integrativa, o qual traz contribuições importantes para o fortalecimento da Prática Baseada em Evidências. Para a obtenção da coleta de dados e seleção dos artigos foi realizado um levantamento bibliográfico no portal da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS/BIREME), os descritores utilizados foram determinantes sociais, saúde reprodutiva e saúde da mulher. Foram inclusos os artigos nacionais, artigos em português, artigos publicados na íntegra, responderam à questão norteadora do estudo. A revisão integrativa analisou 22 artigos que responderam à questão norteadora. A análise foi realizada avaliando o conteúdo dos artigos, nos quais se buscou identificar os determinantes sociais e a relação com a saúde reprodutiva. Os determinantes biológicos e sociais impactam na saúde da mulher, aumenta a exposição e a vulnerabilidade ao risco, limitando o acesso à atenção em saúde e às informações. Conclui-se que é inegável a necessidade de investimentos no conjunto de políticas sociais que, potencialmente, estão associadas à promoção de condições de saúde mais equitativas e políticas de educação, trabalhistas, proteção social, políticas de gênero e moradia com a finalidade de diminuir as iniquidades em saúde relacionada a mulher.

Abstract:
In recent years, there has been a considerable advance in women's health care, but there are still health inequities in relation to women regarding issues related to social determinants and reproductive health. The study aims to highlight the influence of social determinants and women's reproductive health. It was an integrative review, which brings important contributions to the strengthening of Evidence-Based Practice. To obtain data collection and selection of articles, a bibliographical survey was carried out on the Virtual Health Library (VHL / BIREME) portal, the descriptors used were social determinants, reproductive health and women's health. National articles were included, articles in Portuguese, articles published in full, answered the guiding question of the study. The integrative review analyzed 22 articles that answered the guiding question. The analysis was carried out by evaluating the content of the articles, in which we sought to identify the social determinants and the relationship with reproductive health. The biological and social determinants impact on women's health, increase exposure and vulnerability to risk, limiting access to health care and information. It is concluded that there is an undeniable need for investments in the set of social policies that, potentially, are associated with the promotion of more equitable health conditions and policies of education, labor, social protection, gender and housing policies in order to reduce health inequities related to women.
