A INFLUÊNCIA DO TRABALHO NA SAÚDE DOCENTE NO BRASIL: UMA ANÁLISE DAS PRODUÇÕES PUBLICADAS SOBRE O TEMA NA ANPED
O presente estudo tem o objetivo de analisar a forma como vem sendo abordado o tema Saúde Docente nos trabalhos apresentados nos Grupos de Trabalho (GTs) Estado e Política Educacional (GT 5), Formação de Professores (GT 8) e Trabalho e Educação (GT 9), da Associação Nacional de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa em Educação (ANPEd), no intervalo de dez anos (2008 a 2017). Foi apresentada, inicialmente, uma discussão sobre o trabalho e sua influência na saúde do trabalhador e, em seguida, uma análise dos trabalhos sobre o tema, sendo elencados os quantitativos das produções, o segmento da educação no qual as pesquisas se fazem presentes, o tipo de pesquisa utilizado e as principais temáticas abordadas pelos autores. No período estipulado para as buscas foram apresentados, nos grupos mencionados, 467 trabalhos, mas somente cinco abordaram a problemática da saúde docente. Todos os autores articularam as temáticas e seus principais conceitos, porém alguns apresentaram problemas metodológicos em suas pesquisas. Por fim, é possível concluir que ainda há necessidade de maior número de produção e socialização de trabalhos com essa temática, assim como discussões a seu respeito, pois é um assunto preocupante que está presente no cotidiano escolar.

Abstract:
The purpose of this present study is to analyze how the topic "Teachers' health" have been approach in Working Groups (WGs) from the National Association of Post-Graduation and Educational Research (ANPEd) during the period of ten years (from 2008 to 2017), specially in its WGs like State and Educational Policy (WG 5), Teacher's Training (WG 8) and Work and Education (WG 9). At first, it was presented a discussion about work and its influence on worker health, and so on, an analysis of the studies on the topic, including the quantitative of the productions, the education segment in which the research was present, the type of research used and the main topics addressed by the authors. So, it was possible to identify during the period of those ten years 467 studies in the mentioned working groups, but only five approached the teacher's health situation. All authors articulate the themes and their main concepts, but some presented methodological problems in their research. In sum, it is possible to notice the need for a greater number of production and socialization of studies on this theme, as well as discussions about it, inasmuch as it is a concern that is present in the daily school life.
