A INFLUÊNCIA DO ESTILO DE LIDERANÇA NA MOTIVAÇÃO DA EQUIPE: UM ESTUDO DE CASO EM EMPRESAS DE METAL MECÂNICAS DA SERRA GAÚCHA
Liderança e motivação constituemse de ações para conduzir pessoas em busca
de benefícios para o próprio indivíduo e para
o grupo no qual esse membro está inserido.
Pessoas desmotivadas e sem qualidade de vida
no trabalho podem se tornar um problema para
a organização. As organizações necessitam
cada vez mais de lideranças capazes de
trabalhar e facilitar a resolução de problemas
em equipe, motivando os colaboradores para
uma melhor produtividade. Com isso, questionase: Qual a relação entre o estilo de liderança
e a motivação de uma equipe? Assim, este
estudo justifica-se no momento em que busca
entender a relação entre líderes e liderados.
Para tanto, a metodologia utilizada foi pesquisa
realizada com um grupo de empregados ativos
de empresas do setor metal mecânico da Serra
Gaúcha. O objetivo do trabalho foi analisar
como os liderados enxergam esta relação com
líder e suas consequências na motivação.
