A INFLUÊNCIA DAS IMAGENS ANIMADAS NO ENSINO DE DISPOSITIVOS CONSTITUCIONAIS - UM MECANISMO PARA AUXILIAR NA COGNIÇÃO DO CÉREBRO
Com base nos déficits comprovados por instituições como o Banco Mundial sobre a educação brasileira e, principalmente, pela necessidade que se tem de compreender as leis como cidadão desse país, surge a proposta de elucidar as normas constitucionais por meio de imagem animada. Para isso foi necessário realizar questionamentos com finalidade de comprovar a dificuldade das pessoas em compreender as leis, e assim conseguiu-se possível perceber sua linguagem complexa como um dos maiores empecilhos. Em seguida, o processo de planejamento da animação com construção de roteiro e, logo após a produção de imagens a mão. Então se iniciou a parte prática para obtenção do produto final que se planeja ter até o final do ano, mas até o dado momento já se dispõe das imagens vetorizadas como quadros-chave para se organizar e aprimorar.

Abstract:
Based on the deficits evidenced by institutions such as the Banco Mundial about Brazilian education and, especially, the need to understand the laws as citizens of that country, the proposal to elucidate the constitutional norms is presented through an animated image. For this, it was necessary to question the purpose of proving the difficulty of the people in understanding the laws, and thus it was possible to perceive its complex language as one of the major obstacles. Then the process of planning the animation with construction of script and, soon after the production of images by hand. Then started the practical part to obtain the final product that is planned to have until the end of the year, but until the given moment the vectorized images are already available as key frames to organize and improve.
