A INFLUÊNCIA DA MÍDIA TELEVISIVA E DOS ÓRGÃOS PÚBLICOS NA PERSISTÊNCIA DO FEMINICÍDIO
Em 2015, houve a criação da lei n.13.104/15, a qual atribuiu ao feminicídio, homicídio motivado por ódio ao gênero feminino, a qualificação de crime hediondo. Entretanto, após quatro anos da proclamação da lei em questão o número de assassinatos de mulheres apenas aumentou, o que comprova que a questão legislativa é insuficiente para o combate desse crime. Desse modo, esse trabalho visa apontar como a influência da mídia televisiva e da omissão estatal contribui para a permanência do feminicídio. Abstract:
In 2015, the law n.13.104/15 was created, which attributed to feminicide – the killing of famales only because their gender – the qualification of heinous crime. However, after four years since the proclamation of the law in discussion, the number of women’s murders only increased, provining that the legislative question is insuficiente to the crime fighting. This way, the presente article has the objective of demonstrate the midia’s and omission of state’s influence to the persistence of the feminicide. Therefore, this work will be conducted by a descriptive study with bibliographic procedures.
