A INFLUÊNCIA DA ESTABILIZAÇÃO CENTRAL UTILIZANDO OS PRINCÍPIOS DO CORE NA HEMIPARESIA: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA
Introdução: A hemiparesia é relacionada a um dos tipos de disfunções motoras presentes na Paralisia Cerebral (PC), que são caracterizadas de acordo com a alteração do tônus muscular. É uma condição que tem como característica uma posição de assimetria postural, com distribuição de peso menor sobre o lado afetado. A assimetria e a dificuldade em suportar o peso no lado afetado interferem na capacidade de manter o controle postural, causando a perda dos movimentos levando a limitações funcionais e incapacidades. Objetivo: Realizar uma busca em diferentes bancos de dados para verificar a qualidade metodológica dos artigos que abordam a melhora da postura dos pacientes hemiparéticos sobre a influência da estabilização central com os princípios do Core (palavra advinda do inglês que significa núcleo, engloba os músculos abdominais, dorsais e pélvicos com a finalidade estabilizatória). Método: Foi uma revisão sistemática de literatura por meio dos descritores: "Spasticity" AND "Stregth" AND "Abdominal muscles" AND "Trunk" e posteriormente foi trocado o descritor “Trunk” pelo “Cerebral Palsy” em inglês, nas bases de dados eletrônicas CAPES, EBSCO, Elsevier e BVS – Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde, a qual disponibiliza acesso as bases Scielo, MedLine, LILACS, IBECS, DeCS e Pubmed. Resultados: Foram selecionados 12 artigos contendo dados sobre a melhora da postura por meio da estabilização central em pacientes hemiparético. Conclusão: A influência da estabilização central do controle e funcionalidade do tronco melhora nas possibilidades de independência funcional como: motoras, cognitivas, emocionais e sociais, onde traz efeitos positivos beneficiando a reabilitação e a saúde dos pacientes hemiparéticos, em suas atividades de vida diária, qualidade de vida e na prevenção dos riscos de quedas.

Abstract:
Introduction: Hemiparesis is related to one of the types of motor dysfunctions present in Cerebral Palsy (CP), which are characterized according to the alteration of muscle tone, it is a condition that has a characteristic of postural asymmetry, with distribution less weight on the affected side. This asymmetry and a difficulty in connecting the weight on the affected side interfere with the ability to maintain postural control, so the loss of movements can lead to limitations and disabilities. Objective: Conduct a search in different databases to verify the methodological quality of articles that address the improvement of the posture of hemiparetic patients on the influence of central stabilization with the core principles. Method: It was a systematic literature review using the descriptors: "Spasticity" AND "Stregth" AND "Abdominal muscles" AND "Trunk" and posteriorly the descriptor "Trunk" by "Cerebral Palsy" in English, in the databases CAPES, EBSCO, Elsevier and BVS - Virtual Health Library, which provides access as Scielo, MedLine, LILACS, IBECS, DeCS and Pubmed databases. Results: 12 articles were selected containing data on posture improvement through central stabilization in hemiparetic patients. Conclusion: The influence of central stabilization of trunk control and functionality improves the advantages of functional independence such as: motor, cognitive, emotional and social, where the positive effects benefit the rehabilitation and health of hemiparetic patients, in their daily life activities, of life and in preventing the risk of falls.
