A INFLUÊNCIA DA ESPIRITUALIDADE NO CUIDADO DE ENFERMAGEM NO PRÉ-OPERATÓRIO DO HOSPITAL MUNICIPAL DE SANTARÉM/PA: UMA PESQUISA QUALITATIVA
A equipe de enfermagem é responsável pelas ações de cuidar, um cuidado humanizado comprometido com a promoção, a proteção, a recuperação e a realização da saúde dos indivíduos, levando em consideração as opiniões, crenças, necessidades emocionais e espirituais dos pacientes. De acordo com a integralidade do cuidado, a observância da espiritualidade é fundamental na formação do profissional de saúde, como a valorização da fé e da crença do paciente no pré-operatório, pois, é incontestável que isto representa um valor clínico para que o indivíduo alvo da prestação do cuidado não se sinta dominado no seu aspecto cultural. Sendo assim, torna-se necessária a reflexão acerca da influência da espiritualidade no âmbito hospitalar, entre os profissionais de enfermagem e seus pacientes. A presente pesquisa foi realizada com enfermeiros atuantes em um Centro Cirúrgico de um hospital público no município de Santarém – Pará, e tem como objetivos: analisar a influência da espiritualidade do cuidado de enfermagem no pré-operatório, investigar a existência aspectos da espiritualidade na visita pré-operatória e recepção do paciente pelo enfermeiro do CC, identificar a importância e os principais problemas. Através deste trabalho foi possível perceber que há um entendimento por parte dos enfermeiros acerca deste tema, o conhecimento da importância mesmo não havendo uma abordagem sobre a espiritualidade dentro da graduação, e mediante isto ainda não há a inclusão da espiritualidade no cuidado de alguns profissionais. Notou-se também que há a necessidade de mais pesquisas e estudos acerca deste tema.

Abstract:
The nursing team is responsible for the care actions, a humanized care committed to the promotion, protection, recovery and achievement of individuals' health, taking into account the opinions, beliefs, emotional and spiritual needs of patients. According to the integrality of care, the observance of spirituality is fundamental in the training of the health professional, as the appreciation of the patient's faith and belief in the preoperative period, as it is undeniable that this represents a clinical value for the individual target of the provision of care does not feel dominated in its cultural aspect. Therefore, it is necessary to reflect on the influence of spirituality in the hospital environment, between nursing professionals and their patients. The present research was carried out with nurses working in a Surgical Center of a public hospital in the city of Santarém - Pará, and its objectives are: to analyze the influence of spirituality of nursing care in the preoperative period, to investigate the existence of aspects of spirituality in the visit preoperative period and reception of the patient by the SC nurse, identifying the importance and the main problems. Through this work, it was possible to perceive that there is an understanding on the part of nurses about this topic, knowledge of the importance even though there is no approach to spirituality within the graduation, and through this there is still no inclusion of spirituality in the care of some professionals. It was also noted that there is a need for more research and studies on this topic.
