A INFLUÊNCIA DA AUTORIDADE DO PROFESSOR NA CRIAÇÃO DE UM AMBIENTE DE APRENDIZAGEM INCLUSIVO E RESILIENTE EM TEMPO DE CRISE SOCIAL

Esta pesquisa objetivou de forma geral analisar a influência da autoridade do professor na criação de um ambiente de aprendizagem inclusivo e resiliente em tempo de crise social, bem como de forma específica, verificar a percepção do professor quanto ao conceito de autoridade, investigar como o professor percebe sua própria autoridade em sala de aula e como esta impacta em sua prática pedagógica e descrever a relação acadêmica do professor em relação aos alunos indisciplinados. Escolheu-se como método científico o enfoque qualitativo, alcance descritivo, corte transversal, não experimental, não probabilística de amostra intencional, com método de estudo de caso. Verificou-se que a docente possui uma percepção de autoridade como capacidade de gerenciar sem imposições determinada situações, investigou-se que sua atuação em sala de aula tem funcionado positivamente na condução das crises apontando que a indisciplina interfere no processo de aprendizagem.

  • Abstract: This research aimed to generally analyze the influence of teacher authority in creating an inclusive and resilient learning environment in times of social crisis, as well as specifically examining the teacher's perception regarding the concept of authority, investigating how the teacher perceives their own authority in the classroom and how this impacts their pedagogical practice, and describing the academic relationship of the teacher with undisciplined students. A qualitative approach was chosen as the scientific method, with descriptive scope, cross-sectional design, non-experimental, non-probabilistic intentional sampling, using a case study method. It was found that the teacher has a perception of authority as the ability to manage certain situations without imposition, and it was investigated that their performance in the classroom has positively influenced the handling of crises, indicating that indiscipline interferes with the learning process.
