Abstract: This research aimed to generally analyze the influence of teacher authority in creating an inclusive and resilient learning environment in times of social crisis, as well as specifically examining the teacher's perception regarding the concept of authority, investigating how the teacher perceives their own authority in the classroom and how this impacts their pedagogical practice, and describing the academic relationship of the teacher with undisciplined students. A qualitative approach was chosen as the scientific method, with descriptive scope, cross-sectional design, non-experimental, non-probabilistic intentional sampling, using a case study method. It was found that the teacher has a perception of authority as the ability to manage certain situations without imposition, and it was investigated that their performance in the classroom has positively influenced the handling of crises, indicating that indiscipline interferes with the learning process.
