A INFÂNCIA DE ERICO VERÍSSIMO: O PRAZER DA LEITURA ERICO VERÍSSIMO'S CHILDHOOD: THE PLEASURE OF READING
O presente estudo é fruto de um recorte da dissertação de mestrado intitulada Memórias de Erico Veríssimo: primeiras leituras ao Solo de Clarineta (1912-1922), defendida em 2016. Objetiva refletir sobre o prazer proporcionado pela leitura a partir do exame da autobiografia do escritor gaúcho Erico Veríssimo, intitulada Solo de Clarineta (2005). A leitura é aqui entendida como um processo interativo, em que são necessários os conhecimentos linguístico, textual e conhecimento de mundo, por isso, os círculos de sociabilidade dos quais participou Erico Veríssimo são, também, objeto de breve reflexão. Autores como Chartier (1991, 2004), Molloy (2003) e Arfuch, (2010) foram importantes para a escrita deste artigo, uma vez que oferecem instrumentos para analisar e tensionar as informações compartilhadas pelo escritor Erico Veríssimo com seus leitores.

Abstract:
The present study is the result of an excerpt from the master's dissertation entitled Memórias de Erico Veríssimo: Primeiras Leituras ao Solo de Clarineta (1912-1922), defended in 2016. It aims to reflect on the pleasure provided by reading from the examination of the autobiography of the gaucho writer Erico Veríssimo, entitled Solo de Clarineta (2005). Reading is understood here as an interactive process, in which linguistic and textual knowledge and knowledge of the world are necessary, therefore, the sociability circles in which Erico Veríssimo participated are also the object of a brief reflection. Authors such as Chartier (1991, 2004), Molloy (2003) and Arfuch (2010) were important for the writing of this article, since they offer tools to analyze and tension the information shared by the writer Erico Veríssimo with his readers
