A INEXISTÊNCIA DE UM REGIME JURÍDICO DA ÁGUA VIRTUAL E A (IN) JUSTIÇA AMBIENTAL
A água virtual relaciona-se ao consumo indireto hídrico. Seu gerenciamento pode contribuir para que o acesso à água seja assegurado. Apesar de serem encontrados instrumentos para a gestão indireta da água nos ordenamentos jurídicos internos de países, eles não são suficientes para a mensuração e o gerenciamento de toda a água utilizada e incorporada nos processos produtivos e nos bens finais para consumo. Em âmbito internacional, inexiste de um regime jurídico da água virtual. Diante disso, objetiva-se, por intermédio do método de abordagem dedutivo, investigar as transferências de água virtual sob a perspectiva da justiça ambiental no mundo globalizado.

Abstract:
Virtual water is related to indirect water consumption. Your management can contribute so that access to water is assured. Despite the number of instruments found for the indirect management of water in the internal legal regulations of the countries, they are not sufficient for the measurement and management of all the water used and incorporated into the production processes and the final benefits for consumption. At an international level, there is no legal regime for virtual water. On the other hand, it is aimed, by means of the dedicative approach method, to investigate the transfers of virtual water from the perspective of environmental justice in the globalized world.
