A (IN)EFICÁCIA DAS MEDIDAS SOCIOEDUCATIVAS
O presente trabalho trata da (In)Eficácia das Medidas Socioeducativas e apresenta as peculiaridades estabelecidas pelo Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, propondo-se a apurar como tais medidas se revelam no processo de reeducação dos adolescentes infratores. Na primeira parte, abordar-se-á a evolução dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente e os princípios que oferecem proteção a eles. Em um segundo momento, o estudo apontará cada uma das Medidas Socioeducativas e seus desdobramentos previstos no Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente. Por fim, analisar-se-á a eficácia das Medidas Socioeducativas aplicadas na Comarca de Caçador/SC. Destaca-se que o estudo faz uso do método indutivo associado à pesquisa bibliográfica e ao levantamento de dados, observando a Normalização dos Trabalhos Acadêmicos da Universidade Alto Vale do Rio do Peixe (UNIARP) e as regras da Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas (ABNT). Isso posto, conclui-se que as medidas socioeducativas são eficazes, na comarca de Caçador/SC, tendo em vista que a maior parte dos adolescentes infratores não só cumpriu a medida socioeducativa imposta, mas também não voltou a reincidir na prática de ato infracional.

Abstract:
This paper deals with the (In) Effectiveness of Socio-Educational Measures and presents the peculiarities established by the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, proposing to determine how such measures are revealed in the process of re-education of juvenile offenders. In the first part, the evolution of the Rights of the Child and the Adolescent, as well as the principles that offer protection to them, will be addressed. In a second moment, the study will point out each of the Socio-educational Measures and its planned developments in the Statute of the Child and the Adolescent. Finally, it will be analyzed the effectiveness of the Socio-educational Measures applied in the Region of Caçador/SC. It is worth noting that the study uses the inductive method associated with bibliographic research and data collection, observing the Standardization of Academic Papers of the University of Vale do Rio do Peixe (UNIARP) and the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards (ABNT). That said, it is concluded that socio-educational measures are effective in the region of Caçador/SC, considering that most of the juvenile offenders not only fulfilled the imposed socio-educational measure, but also did not return to repeat the practice of an infraction
