A INDÚSTRIA CULTURAL E O USO DE FONTES AUDIOVISUAIS PARA O ENSINO DE HISTÓRIA
O presente trabalho busca compreender a relação entre indústria cultural e a produção em massa a partir da ótica de Max Horkheimer e Theodor Adorno, além de investigar impactos causados pela produção de massa e a situação brasileira neste cenário. Também busca analisar o que são fontes audiovisuais e como estes produtos da indústria cultural podem auxiliar na educação escolar, além de investigar quais os cuidados que o professor/historiador deve tomar ao utiliza-las em sala de aula alertando sobre seus usos e interpretações. Objetiva-se, portanto, ampliar o leque de possibilidades metodológicas para ensino de História ofertando uma visão crítica sobre os possíveis usos de recursos audiovisual no ambiente escolar.

Abstract:
The present work seeks to understand the relationship between cultural industry and mass production from the perspective of Max Horkheimer and Theodor Adorno, in addition to investigating the impacts caused by mass production and the Brazilian situation in this scenario. It also seeks to analyze what audiovisual sources are and how these cultural industry products can assist in school education, in addition to investigating the care that the teacher / historian should take when using them in the classroom, alerting them about their uses and interpretations. The objective, therefore, is to expand the range of methodological possibilities for teaching History by offering a critical view on the possible uses of audiovisual resources in the school environment.
