A (IN)CONSTITUCIONALIDADE DA APLICAÇÃO DA MULTA PREVISTA NO ART. 77, IV, DO CÓDIGO DE PROCESSO CILVIL DE 2015
A pesquisa objetiva interpretar e descrever a aplicação da penalidade prevista no artigo 77, do Código de Processo Civil de 2015, nominada como a multa do ato atentatório à dignidade da justiça. A pesquisa tem como base estudos de doutrinas processuais dos autores Dr. Humberto Teodoro Júnior, Dr. Freddie Didier Jr. e Dr. Luiz Guilherme Marinoni. Buscar-se-á ainda compreender o emprego dos princípios dispostos no Código de Processo Civil de 2015, em consonância ao presente tema. Por fim, analisar-se-á alguns julgados recentes referentes ao tema proposto e a observância do cumprimento às normas fundamentais.

Abstract:
The research aims to interpret and describe the application of the penalty provided for in article 77 of the Code of Civil Procedure of 2015, nominated as the fine of the act that violates the dignity of justice. The research is based on studies through procedural doctrines such as the authors Dr. Humberto Teodoro Júnior, Dr. Freddie Didier Jr. and Dr. Luiz Guilherme Marinoni. It will also be sought to understand the use of the principles established in the Code of Civil Procedure of 2015 in line with the present theme. Finally, we will analyze some recent judgments regarding the proposed theme and compliance with the fundamental norms.
