A INCLUSÃO ESCOLAR E O USO DO NOME SOCIAL POR ALUNOS TRAVESTIS E TRANSEXUAIS MENORES DE IDADE
O uso do nome social por alunos travestis e transexuais menores de idade como forma de inclusão, perpassando pelos conceitos de inclusao, exclusão, integraçao; as políticas educacionais de inclusão e a alteridade, com vistas a eliminar a discriminação, o preconceito, efetivar o processo inclusivo do aluno menor de idade quando do uso do nome social, respeito à dignidade da pessoa humana, exercício de igualdade e equidade no ambiente escolar.

Abstract:
The use of the social name by transvestites and transsexual students as a form of inclusion, going through the concepts of inclusion, exclusion, integration; Inclusive educational policies and alterity, with a view to eliminating discrimination, prejudice, effecting the inclusive process of the underage student when using the social name, respect for the dignity of the human person, exercise of equality and equity in the school environment .
