No âmbito escolar, várias

deficiências, transtornos e Síndromes estão

cada dia mais presentes nas salas de aulas.

Todos tem o direto a educação, e é dever do

Estado e da família se responsabilizarem pelas

crianças e adolescentes. Desta forma, pretendese

discutir sobre os diretos das crianças

e adolescentes com deficiência no âmbito

escolar, trazendo a luz, a partir de uma revisão

bibliográfica, as políticas públicas da educação

relacionadas ao tema. Projetos tem se mostrado

capazes de adquirir recursos destinados a

favorecer uma melhor qualidade de vida a esta

demanda de alunos e a ruptura de barreiras de

exclusão, acessibilidade arquitetônica e digital,

investimento na capacitação dos educadores e.

Nota-se que as políticas públicas tem favorecido

e garantido condições e aprendizagem, ao

proporcionar respostas educativas que atendam

às peculiaridades de cada aluno, durante o

processo de escolarização.

Abstract:
In the school context, several

deficiencies, disorders and syndromes are

increasingly present in classrooms. Everyone

has the right to education, and it is the duty of

the State and the family to take responsibility

for children and adolescents. In this way, it is

intended to discuss the directness of children

and adolescents with disabilities in the

school environment, bringing to light, from a

bibliographical review, public education policies

related to the theme. Projects have been able

to acquire resources destined to favor a better

quality of life to this demand of students and the

breaking of barriers of exclusion, architectural

and digital accessibility, investment in the

training of educators and. It should be noted that

public policies have favored and guaranteed

conditions and learning by providing educational

responses that meet the peculiarities of each

student during the schooling process.
