A INCLUSÃO DE ALUNOS SURDOS NAS AULAS DE GEOGRAFIA
Este artigo discute brevemente sobre a educação inclusiva, especialmente sobre os alunos surdos da Escola Estadual professora Ocila Bezerril, situada no município de Montanhas, no estado do Rio grande do Norte. O objetivo é analisar como são desenvolvidas as atividades didático pedagógicas nas aulas de Geografia. Para isso, foi realizado um estudo teórico seguido de uma pesquisa de campo, onde aplicou-se um questionário aos alunos surdos e ao professor do 2º ano do Ensino Médio, no intuito de averiguar se as aulas de Geografia têm proporcionado inclusão e aprendizagem. Nessa perspectiva, o artigo buscou apresentar de forma sucinta dados relacionados ao processo de ensino e aprendizagem, considerando o contexto local e as dificuldades do educando surdo ao participar das atividades de estudo proposto pela disciplina.

Abstract:
This article briefly discusses about inclusive education, especially the deaf students of Professora Ocila Bezerril State School, located in Montanhas, in the state of Rio Grande do Norte. The objective is to analyze how the pedagogical didactic activities are developed in the Geography classes. For this purpose, a theoretical study was carried out followed by a field research, where a questionnaire was applied to deaf students and the teacher of the second grade of high school, in order to ascertain if the Geography classes have provided inclusion and learning. In this perspective, the article sought to briefly present data related to the teaching and learning process, considering the local context and the difficulties of the deaf student by participating in the study activities proposed by the school subject.
