A IMPROBABILIDADE DA COMUNICAÇÃO ENTRE O DIREITO E A CIÊNCIA SOBRE RISCO REPRESENTA UM OBSTÁCULO PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL DAS NANOTECNOLOGIAS
A ampliação do uso das
nanotecnologias é uma das novidades que
vem ocorrendo no setor de produção, trazendo
uma série de preocupações acerca dos riscos
à saúde e meio ambiente. A observação da
improbabilidade comunicacional entre o sistema
do Direito e da Ciência acerca dos riscos
nanotecnológicos e como isso afeta a gestão
responsável e sustentável da inovação se faz
necessária. Demonstra-se a indispensável
imersão do Sistema do Direito na observação
sobre risco nanotecnológico, contribuindo com
a discussão das possibilidades e desafios que
o uso das nanotecnologias já está gerando para
as atuais e futuras gerações.

Abstract:
The expansion of the use of
nanotechnologies is one of the novelties
that has occurred in the production sector,
bringing a number of concerns about the risks
to health and the environment. It is necessary
the observation of the communicational
improbability between the Law system and
Science about nanotechnological risks and how
this affects the responsible and sustainable
management of innovation. The indispensable
immersion of the Law System in the observation
of nanotechnological risk is demonstrated,
contributing to the discussion of possibilities and
challenges that the use of nanotechnologies
is already generating for present and future
generations.
