A IMPRENSA ESCRITA COMO INFORMADORA E FORMADORA
O presente artigo trata da importância da imprensa escrita, sobretudo da imprensa pedagógica nas investigações na área da História da Educação. Particularmente, o estudo contribuirá com conhecimentos para a História da Alfabetização já que aborda o periódico educacional denominado Jornal da Alfabetizadora, que circulou nas décadas de 1980 e 1990, período de importantes transformações sociais e educacionais no país. Por se tratar de um periódico destinado à formação docente, suas publicações tornaram-se referência para a prática de muitos alfabetizadores e do mesmo modo contribuiu para a disseminação da ideologia dominante num momento de aridez no campo educacional. Possibilitou observar pontos que reforçaram a crise na alfabetização e que ecoam ainda nos dias atuais nas escolas brasileiras, em turmas de alfabetização.

Abstract:
This article deals with the importance of the written press, especially the pedagogical press in investigations in the area of History of Education. In particular, the study will contribute knowledge to the History of Literacy, since it addresses the educational periodical called “Jornal da Alfabetizadora”, which circulated in the 1980s and 1990s, a period of important social and educational transformations in the country. Because it is a periodical destined for teacher education, its publications have become a reference for the practice of many literacy teachers, and in the same way it has contributed to the dissemination of the dominant ideology at a time of aridity in the educational field. It made it possible to observe points that reinforced the crisis in literacy that still echo today in Brazilian schools, in literacy classes.
