A IMPORTÂNCIA USO DA CANNABIS E DERIVADOS COMO TERAPIA FARMACOLÓGICA DE PACIENTES COM ALZHEIMER
Segundo a Organização Mundial de Saúde OMS) e a Associação Internacional de Doenças de Alzheimer (ADI), existe uma estimativa de que há 35,5 milhões de pessoas com demência no mundo e, esse número pode dobrar a cada 20 anos. A Cannabis sativa L. é uma planta com propriedades medicinais que tem sido alvo de estudos para o taramento de pessoas com Alzheimer. A indústria farmacêutica vem estudando junto com diversos centros de pesquisa o uso do canabidiol, devido suas propriedades terapêuticas, neuroprotetoras, anti-inflamatórias, atioxidantes e características psicoativas. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo trazer conhecimento acerca da utilização da Cannábis sativa L. e seus derivados em pacientes com Alzheimer; Explicar como a cannábis pode ajudar os pacientes com Alzheimer; Apontar a importância da legalização da Cannábis sativa L. com fins medicinais; descrever as características farmacológicas da Cannábis sativa L. e sua atuação no organismo e, alertar sobre a forma correta e legal do uso do uso da cannábis. Tratando- se de uma revisão bibliográfica com objetivo de reunir informações a fim de analisar e descrever de forma clara a junção dessas ideias, de acordo com a abordagem do tema.

Abstract:
According to the World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Association of Alzheimer's Diseases (ADI), there is an estimate that there are 35.5 million people with dementia in the world, and that number may double every 20 years. Cannabis sativa L. is a plant with medicinal properties that has been the subject of studies for the treatment of people with Alzheimer's. The pharmaceutical industry has been studying together with several research centers the use of cannabidiol, due to its therapeutic, neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and psychoactive characteristics. This research aims to bring knowledge about the use of Cannábis sativa L. and its derivatives in Alzheimer's patients; Explain how cannabis can help Alzheimer's patients; Point out the importance of legalizing Cannábis sativa L. for medicinal purposes; describe the pharmacological characteristics of Cannábis sativa L. and its performance in the organism and, warn about the correct and legal way of using the use of cannabis. This is a bibliographic review with the objective of gathering information in order to analyze and clearly describe the combination of these ideas, according to the approach of the theme.
