A IMPORTÂNCIA DOS NÚCLEOS DE GEOCIÊNCIAS DA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE SERGIPE NA GESTÃO DO CONHECIMENTO DA REDE PETROGÁS DE SERGIPE
O conhecimento por definição é um conceito complexo e ainda, um ativo intangível de empresas. Dessa forma, o desenvolvimento e implementação da gestão do conhecimento de maneira eficaz requer conhecimento técnico e empírico proporcionais a dimensão do problema. O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar a gestão do conhecimento na rede PETROGAS de Sergipe e investigar o papel dos centros de geração de conhecimento das áreas tangentes às geociências na Universidade Federal de Sergipe. A Universidade Federal de Sergipe (UFS) está envolvida com diversas áreas do conhecimento relacionadas a rede PETROGAS Sergipe. Percebe-se que a UFS possui grandes centros de fomento e criação de conhecimento em geociências em suas instalações. Um grande volume de recursos humanos e financeiros são aplicados nesta estrutura. Dessa forma preparar recursos humanos com inciativa e postura desejados por empresas de alto nível de inovação ligada a cadeia produtiva do petróleo em Sergipe é de interesse de todos da rede PETROGAS em Sergipe. Este trabalhou revisou estruturas e vieses para possíveis desenvolvimento da gestão do conhecimento da rede PETROGRÁS de Sergipe.

Abstract:
Knowledge is by definition a complex concept and also an intangible business asset. Thus, the development and implementation of effectively knowledge management requires technical and empirical knowledge commensurate with the scale of the problem. The objective of this study is to analyze the management of knowledge in PETROGAS network of Sergipe and investigate the role of knowledges centres generation of tangents areas to geosciences at the Federal University of Sergipe. The Federal University of Sergipe (UFS) is involved in various areas of knowledge related to the PETROGAS network of Sergipe. It is noticed that the UFS has great development centers and creation of knowledge in geosciences in their facilities. A large amount of human and financial resources are invested in this structure. Thus preparing human resources with initiative and the desired posture by the high level of innovation that companies linked to the oil production chain in Sergipe is of interest to all of the business in the PETROGAS network of Sergipe. This work revised for possible development of PETROGRÁS network of knowledge management Sergipe.
