A IMPORTÂNCIA DO PRÉ-NATAL PARA O PARTO NORMAL REALIZADO PELO ENFERMEIRO DA ESTRATÉGIA DE SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA
Introdução: O enfermeiro tem importante papel em todos os níveis de assistência e principalmente na Estratégia da Saúde da Família (ESF), através de sua função administrativa e assistencial. Tal profissional deve estar sensibilizado para a assistência prestada à clientela, ou seja, às gestantes, além de compreender seus fundamentos e a importância do acompanhamento da gestação, a fim de obter maior adesão ao pré-natal, garantindo-lhe qualidade na assistência e melhor resultado obstétrico e perinatal. Objetivo: Analisar a importância das consultas de pré-natal que tem por ações avaliar a saúde da mulher e do feto e seu desenvolvimento, garantindo o bem-estar dos mesmos. Métodos: O referido estudo pautou-se numa revisão bibliográfica, através de leitura crítica analítica nos diversos materiais, se buscou nos conteúdos, fazer várias reflexões, utilizando 50 artigos, dentre os quais se utilizou 30, permitindo incluir literaturas teóricas e estudos com diferentes abordagens metodológicas, anexando artigos nas bases de dados LILACS, artigos e publicações do Ministério da Saúde. Resultados: Pretende-se mostrar por meio dos artigos utilizados as conquistas obtidas ao longo dos anos no direcionamento do parto humanizado através do conjunto de atividades exercidas pelos enfermeiros da estratégia de saúde da família diminuindo as morbimortalidades. Conclusão: Dessa forma é importante fazer as considerações na humanização do cuidado obstétrico, o artigo tem como foco a humanização, parto normal e o pré-natal, visto na prática cotidiana dentro das unidades mistas e afins visando sempre fornecer a garantia de uma assistência entregue com toda a qualidade além de ser livre de escolha pelas vias de parto, proporcionando sempre a forma respeitável dentro da relação entre enfermeiros e gestantes de forma igual dentro desse processo de cuidar.

Abstract:
Introduction: Nurses play an important role in all levels of care, especially in the Family Health Strategy (ESF), through their administrative and care functions. Such professionals should be aware of the care provided to clients, that is, pregnant women, in addition to understanding their fundamentals and the importance of follow-up of pregnancy, in order to obtain greater adherence to prenatal care, guaranteeing quality in care and better obstetric and perinatal outcome. Objective: To analyze the importance of prenatal consultations that have as actions to evaluate the health of the woman and the fetus and their development, guaranteeing their well-being. Methods: This study was based on a bibliographical review, through critical analytical reading in the various materials, we searched the contents, made several reflections, using 50 articles, among which 30 were used, allowing to include theoretical literatures and studies with different approaches Results: It is intended to show through the articles used the achievements obtained over the years in the direction of humanized delivery through the set of activities carried out by the nurses of the Ministry of Health. family health strategy reducing morbidity and mortality. Conclusion: In this way, it is important to consider the humanization of obstetric care, the article focuses on humanization, normal delivery and prenatal care, as seen in daily practice within the mixed and related units, always aiming to provide the guarantee of a delivered care with all the quality besides being free of choice by the ways of giving birth, always providing the respectable form within the relationship between nurses and pregnant women equally in this caring process.
