A IMPORTÂNCIA DO PLANEAMENTO NA GESTÃO EM ENFERMAGEM DE SERVIÇOS HOSPITALARES: UMA SCOPING REVIEW
O planeamento permite que os gestores identifiquem e selecionem os objetivos e desencadeiem as ações para atingir os mesmos, preparando-se para o futuro e aumentando a probabilidade de sucesso. O enfermeiro gestor tem um papel importante na elaboração do planeamento, operacionalização e avaliação deste atingindo os objetivos esperados para o serviço e instituição. Objetivo: Mapear o conhecimento sobre a importância do planeamento na gestão em enfermagem de serviços hospitalares. Metodologia: A metodologia consistiu numa scoping review segundo orientações da guideline Joanna Briggs Institute. Os estudos incluídos na revisão foram escritos em língua inglesa, portuguesa ou espanhola. Os dados foram extraídos pelos investigadores, de acordo com o objetivo e questões de revisão. Por último, a síntese de dados foi apresentada em representações visuais, formato narrativo e tabelas. Resultados: Foi incluído um estudo na revisão com as estratégias de implementação a sensibilização para a importância do planeamento e levantamento das necessidades ou problemas, com o envolvimento de toda a equipe, e realização de 5 sessões para a elaboração das etapas do planeamento participativo. A avaliação foi através da análise das atividades de planeamento com a utilização da tecnologia PRAXIS®. Os dinamizadores foram a investigadora principal e o professor de gestão. Foram identificadas a missão, princípios orientadores, 4 problemas prioritários, resultados esperados, objetivos e planos de atividade. Conclusão: Esta scoping review constitui uma base de evidência para a reflexão da importância do planeamento na prática do enfermeiro gestor na gestão de serviços hospitalares.

Abstract:
Planning allows managers to identify and select objectives and trigger actions to achieve them, preparing for the future and increasing the probability of success. The nurse manager has an important role in the planning, operation and evaluation of this, reaching the expected goals for the service and institution. Aim: To map knowledge about the importance of planning in the nursing management of hospital services. Methodology: The methodology consisted of a scoping review following guidelines from the Joanna Briggs Institute guideline. The studies included in the review were written in English, Portuguese or Spanish. Data were extracted by the investigators, according to the objective and review questions. Finally, data synthesis was presented in visual representations, narrative format and tables. Results: A study was included in the review with the implementation strategies, raising awareness of the importance of planning and surveying needs or problems, with the involvement of the entire team, and holding 5 sessions for the elaboration of the steps of participatory planning. The evaluation was through the analysis of planning activities using PRAXIS® technology. The facilitators were the principal investigator and the management professor. The mission, guiding principles, 4 priority problems, expected results, objectives and activity plans were identified. Conclusion: This scoping review constitutes an evidence base for the reflection on the importance of planning in the practice of nurse managers in the management of hospital services.
