Abstract: The present work aims to study the importance of playfulness and its follow-up of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The passage of a child with attention deficit disorder with hyperactivity in school requires special attention on the part of the teacher who must be well prepared to know how to work around the problem and how to encourage the student to be attentive, calm and interested in learning . Follow-up is necessary, combined with didactics and pedagogical action aimed at the special needs of the hyperactive person, integrated into psychological follow-up and medication when necessary. Accompanied by certain recreational activities, it is possible to overcome the problem of learning and behavior of these children. What is essential is the recognition of the disorder and the search for solutions and ludic activities can help in the treatment and learning of these children. A bibliographical research was carried out where the importance of the ludic in the performance of the psychopedagogue in front of the learning difficulties was approached. In the bibliographical research we can raise a more theoretical knowledge about the subject studied, carried out through reflections about the research of the authors: Piaget (1998), Nicolau and Dias (2003), Ostetto (2000), Ferreira (2007). The present research shows that ludic activities really contribute to the learning of children in general and also those who have symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and also presented suggestions for games and games that can facilitate the learning of children who have characteristics of the disorder of attention. attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
