A IMPORTÂNCIA DO FATOR HUMANO PARA A PRODUÇÃO INDUSTRIAL: UMA REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
Os sistemas produtivos são compostos por máquinas, equipamentos e métodos. Estes têm como dever garantir a confiabilidade, ou seja, devem promover a confiança dos gestores evitando falhas e defeitos. Durante muito tempo um equipamento, ou também, o próprio sistema produtivo passará por ajustes de todo o tipo pela necessidade da indústria de se adaptar as variáveis externas. O fator humano ainda se faz essencial para a manutenção desses sistemas por sua capacidade analítica. A produtividade também é essencial para todo e qualquer negócio na área industrial, assim, se faz necessário estudar os aspectos que levam ao maior índice de produtividade. Dentre esses aspectos podemos pensar especialmente no fator humano, que é o objeto de estudo desse artigo

Abstract:
Production systems are composed of machines, equipment and methods. These have the duty to guarantee reliability, that is, they must promote the trust of managers, avoiding failures and defects. For a long time, equipment, or even the production system itself, will undergo all kinds of adjustments due to the industry's need to adapt to external variables. The human factor is still essential for the maintenance of these systems due to its analytical capacity. Productivity is also essential for any business in the industrial area, so it is necessary to study the aspects that lead to the highest productivity rate. Among these aspects, we can think especially of the human factor, which is the object of study of this article.
