A IMPORTÂNCIA DO CLIMA ORGANIZACIONAL PARA UMA GESTÃO EFICAZ DA ESCOLA
A gestão de pessoas tem demonstrado ser uma das mais importantes ferramentas de gestão no mundo moderno. Preterida por muitos, tem demonstrado ser fator decisivo para o sucesso das organizações especialmente nas instituições prestadoras de serviços. Destarte, a escola é um dos ambientes em que o desafio da gestão de pessoas assume uma importância estratégica que vai além dos muros da escola e do qual depende o seu sucesso ou fracasso. Por isso, por meio de um estudo bibliográfico com abordagem qualitativa, apresentamos neste breve artigo alguns conceitos fundamentais e propomos alguns passos e atitudes chaves para desenvolver um bom clima e cultura organizacional.

Abstract:
People management has proven to be one of the most important management tools in the modern world. Even though it is overlooked by many, it has been proving to be a decisive factor for the success of organizations, especially in service providers. Thus, the school is one of the environments where the challenge of managing people assumes a strategic importance that goes beyond the walls of the school and on which success or failure of the school depends. Therefore, through a bibliographic study and a qualitative approach, we present in this brief paper some fundamental concepts and we propose some steps and attitudes to develop a good organizational climate and culture.
