A IMPORTÂNCIA DO ATENDIMENTO EDUCACIONAL ESPECIALIZADO - AEE PARA CRIANÇAS COM DEFICIÊNCIA EM ESCOLAS PÚBLICAS DE MANAUS.
O trabalho tem o objetivo de identificar os subsídios teóricos e legais do Atendimento Educacional Especializado (AEE) no processo de ensino e aprendizagem das crianças com deficiência na Sala de Recursos Multifuncionais, e está desenvolvido em três etapas: no primeiro momento, é apresentada uma abordagem resumida acerca das políticas públicas educacionais e suas características até a publicação da Política Nacional de Educação Especial na Perspectiva da Educação Inclusiva de 2008 (PNEEPEI); em seguida, apresentam-se os auxílios teóricos que fundamentam o AEE, e; por fim, uma análise da operacionalização pedagógica do AEE nas Salas de Recursos Multifuncionais é apresentada. A metodologia utilizada se deu por meio da pesquisa qualitativa, pesquisa-ação, onde através da observação participante, foi realizado o acompanhamento das atividades na sala de recursos embasadas na legislação e documentos oficiais que regem as temáticas referentes à educação especial. Como resultado, uma realidade conflitante ao que está escrito no AEE foi constatada, uma vez que as escolas não possuem estrutura para a realização do atendimento, absenteísmo elevado dos alunos e falta de motivação dos professores, fato que reflete no processo de ensino e aprendizagem das crianças. Diante deste contexto, constata-se que a teoria e a prática não estão concomitantes. A escola deve auxiliar na transformação social para crianças que tem ou não necessidades especiais. Esses espaços precisam promover as interações, e principalmente, capacitar essas crianças, assim precisam do apoio dos órgãos municipais e do estado como está em lei e motivar seu corpo docente para que haja uma aprendizagem ativa e significativa

ABSTRACT:
The work aims to identify the theoretical and legal subsidies of the Specialized Educational Service (AEE) on the process of teaching and learn of childrens with deficiency on Multifunctional Resource Room, and it is developed in three steps: in the first moment, is presented a summary approach around of educational public policies and him characteristics util the publication of the National Policy For Special Education From The Perspective of Inclusive Education of 2008 (PNEEPEI); right away, theoretical aids who that support the AEE are presented, and; last one, an analyze of pedagogical operationalization of the AEE on Multifunctional Resource Room is presented. The methodology used was through the qualitative research, action-research, where through the participant observation, follow up was carried out of the activities on the Multifunctional Resource Room, based on legislation and officials documents who are the rules the themes related to specialized education. As result of the pbservation, there is a conflicting reality to what is written on AEE, since the schools don’t have structure to performance of the service, high student absenteeis and thre isn’t teacher motivation, fact who reflected on the teach and learn of the students.In this context, it appears that theory and practice are not coincide. The school must help in the social transformation for children with or without special needs. These spaces need to promote interactions, and above all, train these children, so they need the support of municipal and state bodies, as required by law, and motivate their faculty so that there is active and meaningful learning.
