A IMPORTÂNCIA DE TER E CONHECER O CARTÃO NACIONAL DE SAÚDE NA ESTRATÉGIA SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA
O Cartão Nacional de Saúde ou cartão SUS foi formalizado e aprovado no ano de 2001 pelo Ministério da Saúde e é definido como um sistema de informação de base nacional. O objetivo do trabalho é informar, conscientizar e/ou sensibilizar a comunidade sobre a necessidade e importância do Cartão SUS. Trata-se de um estudo transversal descritivo. O sistema Cartão Nacional de Saúde facilita o atendimento ao cidadão e qualifica o trabalho dos gestores e profissionais da área da saúde. Ele identifica o indivíduo para garantir a cidadania, coordena informações para humanizar o atendimento e padroniza os procedimentos para democratizar o uso do recurso.

Abstract:
The National Health Card or SUS Card was formalized and approved in 2001 by the Health Ministry and is defined as a nationally based information system. The objective of this work is to inform, raise awareness and / or sensitize the community about the necessity and importance of the SUS Card. This is a cross-sectional descriptive study. The National Health Card system facilitates the service to the citizens and qualifies the work of the health managers and professionals. It identifies the individual to guarantee citizenship, coordinates information to humanize care and standardizes procedures to democratize the use of the resource.
