A IMPORTÂNCIA DE PRÁTICAS EDUCATIVAS LIBERTADORAS NA EDUCAÇÃO SEXUAL DE ADOLESCENTES: REVISÃO NARRATIVA
Introdução: A adolescência é uma fase marcada por situações de vulnerabilidade por haver constantes transformações físicas e psicológicas, dentre as quais destaca-se a sexualidade como um dos alicerces da formação de sua identidade e para a adoção de comportamentos de saúde, como, por exemplo, prevenção de infecções sexualmente transmissíveis. Assim, pretendeu-se apontar as práticas educativas libertadoras para educação sexual de adolescentes no que se refere às infecções sexualmente transmissíveis disponíveis na literatura. Metodologia: Tratou-se de uma revisão narrativa de literatura, para descrever, desenvolver e discutir a educação sexual de adolescentes frente às infecções sexualmente transmissíveis numa perspectiva libertadora, ancorando-se em Paulo Freire. A busca foi realizada entre os meses de maio e julho de 2022, dos artigos científicos publicados no período de 2015 a 2022. Resultados e discussão: Constatou-se que o número de jovens infectados com as infecções sexualmente transmissíveis cresceu com o passar dos anos, sendo resultado da ineficiência das práticas educativas desenvolvidas acerca do tema, em que predomina-se o modelo tradicional de ensino. Assim, reconhece-se que a atuação numa perspectiva dialógica, como a freireana, em que haja protagonismo no processo educativo, torna-se uma estratégia essencial para a transformação deste status quo, promovendo a autonomia do adolescente no processo de prevenção das infecções sexualmente transmissíveis. Conclusão: Foi possível compreender que as práticas educativas na educação sexual devem ser encorajadas e exercidas de forma libertadora, para que haja a autonomia e protagonismo do sujeito sobre as escolhas a serem feitas no âmbito da adoção de práticas de sexo e saúde saudáveis e seguras.

Abstract:
Introduction: Adolescence is marked by situations of identity formation defined as physical and psychological phases, how and what are they for a health behavior behavior, such as, for example, Prevention of sexually transmitted infections. Thus, it is intended to point out as liberating educational practices for adolescent sex education with regard to sexually available infections in the literature. Methodology: It was a narrative literature review to describe, develop and argue a sex education in the face of sexually transmitted liberating tools, anchoring a perspective in Paulo Freire. The survey was carried out between the months of the search and July 2022, of the scientific papers published in the period from 2015 to 2022. Results and discussion: It was found that the number of young people infected with sexually transmitted infections grew over the years, as a result of the inefficiency of educational practices developed on the subject, in which the traditional teaching model predominates. Thus, it is recognized that acting in a dialogic perspective, such as Freire's, in which there is a leading role in the educational process, becomes an essential strategy for the transformation of this status quo, promoting adolescent autonomy in the process of preventing sexually transmitted infections. Conclusion: It was possible to understand that educational practices in sex education should be encouraged and exercised in a liberating way, so that the subject has autonomy and protagonism over the choices to be made in the context of adopting healthy and safe sex and health practices.
