A IMPORTÂNCIA DAS PLATAFORMAS VIRTUAIS NO PROCESSO DE ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM: OS DESAFIOS NO USO DAS TECNOLOGIAS DIGITAIS NAS ESCOLAS DE EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA – COVID-19
Discutir sobre os desafios e as dificuldades no uso das Tecnologias Digitais - TD’s - nas escolas de Educação Básica no momento de pandemia do Covid-19, fez-se necessário ao considerar que essa situação provocou a suspensão das aulas presenciais e inseriu o uso do ensino remoto como prática de garantir a manutenção da educação a fim de que não houvesse duras perdas no âmbito da aprendizagem. Assim, através de revisão de publicações científicas referentes ao tema, busca-se identificar os desafios no uso dessas Tecnologias Digitais pelos alunos e professores no processo de ensino-aprendizagem e, ao se propor novas competências e autonomia no uso desses recursos, precisou-se inserir, também, uma ferramenta para dinamizar esse processo: o uso do Blog como instrumento que beneficia não somente os alunos como a equipe de educadores. Os Ambientes Virtuais de Aprendizagem – AVA’s, também, possibilitaram viabilizar o cotidiano da sala de aula e estendê-lo para o meio virtual, enriquecendo o ensino com videoaulas, atividades interativas, fóruns, chats e afins, que visavam auxiliar os alunos a desenvolverem seu protagonismo em uma sociedade em constante evolução. Considera-se, assim, que esse uso do ambiente virtual da aprendizagem conjugado ao Blog, no momento em que as escolas se mantiveram fechadas, trouxe à tona a necessidade de um novo perfil para o docente e para o discente, além de um diferente modelo escolar ser inserido de forma mais prazerosa e necessária nesse momento de pandemia.

Abstract:
Discussing the challenges and difficulties in the use of Digital Technologies - TD's - in Basic Education schools at the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, it was necessary to consider that this situation caused the suspension of face-to-face classes and inserted the use of teaching remote as a practice of guaranteeing the maintenance of education so that there would be no severe losses in the field of learning. Thus, through the review of scientific publications related to the theme, it seeks to identify the challenges in the use of these Digital Technologies by students and teachers in the teaching-learning process and, when proposing new skills and autonomy in the use of these resources, it was necessary to also insert a tool to streamline this process: the use of the Blog as an instrument that benefits not only students but also the team of educators. The Virtual Learning Environments - AVA's, also, made possible the daily routine of the classroom and extend it to the virtual environment, enriching teaching with video classes, interactive activities, forums, chats and the like, which aimed to help students develop their protagonism in a society in constant evolution. Thus, it is considered that this use of the virtual learning environment combined with the Blog, at the time when schools remained closed, brought to light the need for a new profile for the teacher and the student, in addition to a different model school to be inserted in a more pleasurable and necessary way in this pandemic moment.
