A IMPORTÂNCIA DA VIVÊNCIA NA ATENÇÃO BÁSICA PARA FORMAÇÃO DOS ACADÊMICOS DE ODONTOLOGIA: REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
O referente trabalho tem como objetivo discutir a vivência na Atenção Básica para formação dos acadêmicos de Odontologia. Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura, onde para seleção dos artigos realizou-se busca nas bases eletrônicas de dados LILACS, BVS, SciELO e Google Acadêmico, utilizando os descritores “Educação em Odontologia”, “Sistema Único de Saúde” e “Odontologia” presentes no DeCS. Foram selecionados artigos publicados na íntegra em português entre os anos de 2016 e 2020. Foram excluídos os trabalhos publicados em forma de resumos, monografias, teses e dissertações. Os títulos e resumos foram lidos para a seleção final, resultando em cinco artigos selecionados. Com as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais na Odontologia, foram expressas atribuições que devem ser adotadas para formação do cirurgião dentista pelo Instituição de Ensino Superior (IES). A consolidação do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) faz emergir a necessidade de que o egresso de Odontologia seja um profissional generalista e preparado para as demandas sociais. Uma das propostas de integração são estágios supervisionados proporcionando ao acadêmico um contato direto com o contexto macrossocial que está inserido, ampliando o contato direto com a comunidade, como o acompanhamento de pacientes gestantes, idosos e/ou portadores de doenças crônicas, além do egresso facilitar para a população o conhecimento referente a saúde bucal, contribuindo para a diminuição dos índices de doenças bucais e garantindo uma maior consciência referente aos serviços prestados pelo SUS. Cabe às IES e aos preceptores atuarem como facilitadores do processo ensino-aprendizagem na valorização do ensino e aperfeiçoamento na formação do egresso, sendo os estágios extramuros responsáveis pela compreensão do SUS, tornando-os mais aptos a atuação profissional.

Abstract:
The purpose of this work is to discuss the experience in Primary Care for the education of dentistry students. It is a literature review, where for the selection of articles, a search was performed in the electronic databases LILACS, VHL, SciELO and Google Scholar, using the descriptors “Education in Dentistry”, “Unified Health System” and “Dentistry ”Present in DeCS. Articles published in full in Portuguese between the years 2016 and 2020 were selected. Papers published in the form of abstracts, monographs, theses and dissertations were excluded. The titles and abstracts were read for the final selection, resulting in five selected articles. With the National Curricular Guidelines in Dentistry, attributions were expressed that should be adopted for the training of dentists by the Higher Education Institution (HEI). The consolidation of the Unified Health System (SUS) raises the need for the dentistry graduate to be a generalist professional and prepared for social demands. One of the integration proposals are supervised internships providing the academic with direct contact with the macro-social context that is inserted, expanding direct contact with the community, such as monitoring pregnant patients, the elderly and / or patients with chronic diseases, in addition to facilitating the graduate knowledge of oral health for the population, contributing to the reduction of oral disease rates and ensuring greater awareness of the services provided by SUS. It is up to the HEIs and the preceptors to act as facilitators of the teaching-learning process in the valuation of teaching and improvement in the formation of the egress, being the extramural stages responsible for understanding the SUS, making them more apt to professional performance.
