A IMPORTÂNCIA DA TROCA DE EXPERIÊNCIAS ENTRE COORDENADORAS, SUPERVISORA E O LICENCIANDO EM ARTES VISUAIS DO PIBID: POSSIBILIDADES DE NOVAS PERCEPÇÕES
O presente artigo relata a experiência de quatro integrantes vinculadas ao PIBID (Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência), desenvolvido entre março de 2019 e fevereiro de 2020. As envolvidas na produção deste artigo, foram duas coordenadoras de área, uma supervisora e uma estudante do curso de Licenciatura em Artes Visuais. As atividades desenvolvidas neste subprojeto do PIBID Institucional, da UNESPAR, foram aplicadas no Colégio Estadual Herbert de Souza, situado na cidade de São José dos Pinhais-PR, região metroplitana de Curitiba. O enfoque será dado através do método fenomenológico, às observações realizadas a partir das vivências que foram possíveis durante a atuação neste Programa. Através de percepções e questionamentos levantados, por cada uma das integrantes, foram trazidos elementos teóricos e práticos sobre a importância de cada uma enquanto indivíduo, suas responsabilidades pessoais e profissionais e ainda a forma com que atuaram. Finalizamos com as conclusões obtidas através desta interação e parceria, e suas contribuições quanto ao desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional, oportunizados pelo PIBID.

Abstract:
This article reports on the experience of four members linked to PIBID (Institutional Program for Teaching Initiation Scholarships), developed between March 2019 and February 2020. Those involved in the production of this article, were two area coordinators, a supervisor and a student of the Degree in Visual Arts. The activities developed in this teaching initiation subproject of PIBID Institutional, by UNESPAR, were applied at the School Herbert de Souza, located in the city of São José dos Pinhais- PR, region of Curitiba. The focus, will be given through the phenomenological method, to the observations made from the experiences that were possible, during the performance in this Program. Through perceptions and questions raised by each of the members, theoretical and practical elements were brought up about the importance of each as an individual, their personal and professional responsibilities, and even the way they acted. We conclude with the conclusions obtained through this interaction and partnership, and their contributions regarding personal and professional development, provided by PIBID.
