A IMPORTÂNCIA DA SIMULAÇÃO CLÍNICA PARA O ENSINO DO PREPARO E ADMINISTRAÇÃO DE MEDICAÇÃO COM SEGURANÇA NO CURSO DE GRADUAÇÃO EM ENFERMAGEM
A simulação clínica deve ser uma das estratégias utilizadas para a construção de conhecimentos e habilidades no ensino do preparo e administração de medicamentos com segurança no curso de graduação em enfermagem, pois promove o aprimoramento e unificação das técnicas a serem desenvolvidas pelo profissional em seu cotidiano. A simulação clínica traz para o aluno experiências reais, com situações muito interativas que buscam trazer para o aluno o desenvolvimento do pensamento crítico, bem como a troca de experiência entre pares. Este estudo é uma revisão bibliográfica, na qual, as evidências científicas descreveram a importância da simulação clínica para o ensino da administração de medicação com segurança, uma vez que é uma metodologia que também traz ao aluno o aperfeiçoamento das técnicas e percepção de possíveis erros. O aluno que tem segurança em seus procedimentos, aumenta a sua competência profissional e atua com o paciente com mais segurança, transformando-se assim em um profissional de excelência.

Abstract:
Clinical simulation should be one of the strategies used to build knowledge and skills in teaching the preparation and administration of medications safely in the undergraduate nursing course, as it promotes the improvement and unification of the techniques to be developed by the professional in their daily lives. Clinical simulation brings to the student real experiences, with very interactive situations that seek to bring to the student the development of critical thinking, as well as the exchange of experiences between peers. This study is a bibliographic review, in which, the scientific evidence described the importance of clinical simulation for teaching medication administration safely, since it is a methodology that also brings to the student the improvement of techniques and the perception of possible errors. The student who has security in his procedures, increases his professional competence and acts with the patient more safely, thus becoming a professional of excellence.
