A IMPORTÂNCIA DA LIDERANÇA PARA O GESTOR EDUCACIONAL
A importância da liderança para o gestor educacional é um assunto que ganhou considerável importância no Brasil nas últimas décadas. A pesquisa bibliográfica realizada tem como objetivo analisar de forma mais detalhada esse tema de extrema relevância para as escolas. Com o aumento do número de vagas nas escolas privadas e as novas formas de escolas públicas, como a de tempo integral e as escolas técnicas, aumentaram a concorrência de forma significativa. Assim sendo, exige-se cada vez mais das escolas melhor ensino, melhor qualidade de vida para os alunos, professores e funcionários e controle contínuo de todos os custos escolares para melhor gestão escolar. Para que as escolas alcancem seus objetivos, é fundamental proporcionar para todos os envolvidos, gestores que sejam líderes, que tenham as características de um líder e não gestores chefes, que são aqueles que gerenciam pelo poder e não pela liderança. A única maneira de melhorar a eficácia das escolas públicas é proporcioná-las gestores que tenham a capacidade de liderar e motivar todos em prol do mesmo objetivo. É sabido que nos dias atuais somente um bom salário não é sinônimo de motivação, isso por que os anseios e as necessidades dos seres humanos são cada vez maiores, e o que antes era como único e principal fator motivacional no trabalho, hoje já está ultrapassado. Se as informações mudam rapidamente, os objetivos dos profissionais dentro das escolas não são diferentes. Todos querem participar, ajudar, colaborar e contribuir com a escola, onde eles dedicam boa parte do seu tempo, para que ela seja referência e que todos sintam prazer e orgulho de fazer parte. Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a importância da liderança para o gestor educacional, qual o perfil, as formas, as características, exigência do gestor nos dias atuais, vantagens para a escola e analisar de maneira minuciosa a diferença de chefia e liderança. Será analisado também o conceito de motivação e o que os gestores educacionais têm feito para conseguir satisfazer as necessidades dos funcionários, professores, coordenadores e auxiliares. Esta análise é de suma importância pelo fato da motivação e liderança estarem relacionadas com os profissionais de qualquer organização, seja ela pública, privada, sem fins lucrativos e outras. Através deste trabalho foi possível compreender um pouco mais da complexidade que envolve a necessidade de motivação de cada colaborador, suas expectativas, sonhos e perspectivas. Demonstrou, também, como o gestor educacional passa a ser peça fundamental para proporcionar a motivação para todos os membros que trabalham na unidade escolar.

Abstract:
The importance of the leadership for education manager is an issue that has gotten great relevance in Brazil in the last decade. The bibliography research has the intent to analyze in a detailed way this theme so important for schools. With the increasing number of students in private schools and new forms of public schools, as the full-time and technical schools, the competition has increased significantly. Therefore, more and more is required of schools like better education, better quality of life for students, teachers, employees, and continuous control of all school costs for better management. For schools to achieve their goals, it is essential to provide for everyone involved, managers who are leaders, who have the characteristics of a leader and not a boss's characteristics, who are those who manage the power and not the lead. Provide public schools with managers who has the ability to lead and motivate everyone for the same objective is the only way to improve the efficacy of those schools. It’s known that, nowadays, just a good salary it’s not a synonym of motivation, that because the wishes and needs of human beings are each time bigger, and what was once the sole and main motivational factor at work today is already outdated. If the information change quickly, the goals of the professionals in schools are not different. Everyone wants to participate, help and collaborate for the school, where they spend most of their time, to be reference and a place that everyone feel proud and pleasure to be part of. This research has the intent to analyze the importance of leadership for the education manager, the profile, ways, characteristics, exigencies of the manager nowadays, advantages for the school and the differences between leader end boss. It will be also analyzed the concept of motivation and what the education managers have done to supply the needs of employees, teachers, coordinators and assistants. This analysis is of great importance because motivation and leadership are related to the professionals of any organization, whether public, private, nonprofit and others. Through this research, it is possible to comprehend more about the complexity that involves the motivation of each co-worker, his expectations, dreams and perspectives. It also demonstrated how the educational manager becomes the cornerstone to provide the motivation for all members who work at schools.
