A IMPORTÂNCIA DA GASOMETRIA E DA PRESSÃO VENOSA CENTRAL NO SETOR DE EMERGÊNCIA: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
O setor de emergência é o local dentro do hospital destinado ao
atendimento em sistema de vigilância contínua a pacientes graves ou de risco,
podem ser identificados neste setor inúmeros equipamentos de grande importância
no auxílio em manutenção da vida dos pacientes que ali se encontram. Entretanto
mesmo em meio a gama tecnológica presente, procedimentos e técnicas de caráter
“manual” ainda são extremamente relevantes na avalição do quadro geral dos
pacientes, destacando-se o procedimento de gasometria e pressão venosa central.
Este trabalho tem como objetivo destacar a relevância da realização da gasometria
arterial e pressão venosa central no setor de emergência, o mesmo trata-se de um
relato de experiência que foi proporcionado pelo cumprimento da disciplina estágio
supervisionado I, realizada no setor emergência de um hospital público de referência
no interior de Pernambuco.

Abstract:
The emergency room is the place inside the hospital destined to the
attendance in system of continuous surveillance to serious patients or of risk, can be
identified in this sector numerous equipment of great importance in the aid in
maintenance of the life of the patients who are there. However, even in the midst of
the technological range present there, procedures and techniques of a "manual"
character still become extremely relevant in the evaluation of the general picture of
the patients, standing out the procedure of gasometry and central venous pressure.
The objective of this study was to highlight the relevance of the arterial blood gas and
central venous pressure in the emergency department. It was also an experience
report that was provided by the compliance with the Supervised Internship I being
performed in the emergency department of a public hospital of reference in the
interior of Pernambuco.
