A IMPORTÂNCIA DA FORMAÇÃO DO PROFISSIONAL DA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL: CONTRIBUIÇÕES PARA A FORMAÇÃO DE NOVOS PROFESSORES DURANTE A EXPERIÊNCIA DE ESTÁGIO
O objetivo deste estudo foi
investigar como a formação inicial e continuada
do profissional que atua na educação infantil,
suas concepções e práticas, podem influenciar
no processo formativo do futuro professor
em experiência de estágio. Com base nos
estudos de Pimenta; Lima (2005/2006),
França (2009/2013); Rocha; Anadon (2012);
Brasil (2009); Marran (2011), dentre outros,
adotamos um referencial que discute a
formação do profissional da educação infantil, o
estágio supervisionado e a figura do professor
regente como possibilitador de aprendizagens
significativas no decorrer do acompanhamento
do estágio. Optamos por uma abordagem de
cunho quanti/qualitavo, com utilização de um
questionário como instrumento de coleta de
dados. Os participantes foram 08 professores
da educação infantil de Barreiras-BA, que
receberam estagiários em suas salas de aula
durante o 1º e 2º semestre letivo de 2016 e
10 acadêmicos do curso de Pedagogia da
Universidade do Estado da Bahia – UNEB,
Campus IX, que passaram pela experiência
do estágio na educação infantil. Os resultados
da pesquisa apontaram que a influência das
práticas/atuação do professor regente na
formação do futuro professor foi considerada
pela maior parte dos participantes da pesquisa
como parcial. Porém, esse acompanhamento,
mesmo que influencie parcialmente, necessita
de definições mais claras, quanto às ações
esperadas do regente nesse processo formativo,
por isso deve existir um maior diálogo entre as
unidades formadoras para a construção de tais
atribuições.

Abstract:
The objective of this study was
to investigate how the initial and continuous
graduation of the professional that acts in
the childhood education, its conceptions and
practices, can influence the formative process of
the future teacher in the traineeship experience.
Based on Pimenta’s studies; Lima (2005/2006),
França (2009/2013); Rocha; Anadon (2012);
Brazil (2009); Marran (2011), among others,
we adopted a referencial that discusses
the graduation of the childhood education
professional, the supervised traineeship and
the figure of the regent teacher as a facilitator
of meaningful learning during the follow-up of
the traineeship. We opted for a quantitative/
qualitative approach, using a questionnaire as

an instrument of data collection. The participants were 08 teachers from the chilhood
education of Barreiras-BA, who received trainees in their classrooms during the first
and second semester of 2016 and 10 academics from the Pedagogy course of the
State University of Bahia - UNEB, Campus IX, whose experienced the traineeship in
the childhood education. The results of the research pointed out that the influence of
the practices/regent teacher’s performance in the graduation of the future teacher was
considered by most of the participants as partial. However, this monitoring, even if it
influences partially, needs clearer definitions, regarding to the expected actions of the
regent on this formative process, so there must exist a greater dialogue between the
training units for the construction of such duties.
