A IMPORTÂNCIA DA FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES PARA O USO DE TECNOLOGIAS DIGITAIS NA PRÁTICA PEDAGÓGICA
Este trabalho é um estudo exploratório sobre a incorporação de tecnologias digitais na prática pedagógica, A pesquisa contou com a participação de cinco respondentes, professores da rede pública de ensino do Estado do Pará. As informações foram obtidas a partir de ferramentas online como o Google Formulários e Google Docs/Documentos que buscaram avaliar as mudanças que a inserção da tecnologia provoca no processo de ensino e aprendizagem. A investigação ocorreu em dois momentos: Na aplicação do formulário, onde os professores tiveram autonomia para responder perguntas referentes ao tema e o segundo, onde houve o livre debate sobre o tema. A escolha dos professores se deu por conveniência dos seguintes critérios: 1. Facilidade de acesso da pesquisadora; 2. Adesão dos professores na pesquisa proposta; 3. Disponibilidade dos professores. A análise dos dados revelou a prevalência de entraves frente às vantagens quanto ao utilização de novas tecnologias digitais em práticas pedagógicas de ensino. Situação que remete a importância da formação dos professores para uso adequado da tecnologia educacional.

Abstract:
This article is an exploratory study on the incorporation of digital technologies in pedagogical practice, the research counted with the participation of five respondents, teachers of the public education system of the State of Pará. The information was obtained from online tools such as Google Forms and Google Docs/Documents that sought to evaluate the changes that the insertion of technology causes in the teaching process and learning. The investigation occurred in two moments: In the application of the form, where teachers had autonomy to answer questions on the subject and the second, where there was free debate on the subject. The choice of teachers was based on the following criteria: 1. ease of access for researchers; 2. adherence of teachers to the proposed research; 3. availability of teachers. The analysis of the data revealed the prevalence of obstacles in view of the advantages of using new digital technologies in teaching practices. This situation refers to the importance of educating teachers in the proper usage of educational technology.
